Whiteline Rear Control Arm Lower Front Outer Bushing for 2010-2012 Volkswagen Passat CC (NMS)
$9.69 $32.29
The Whiteline Rear Control Arm Lower Front Outer Bushing fits the 2010-2012 Volkswagen Passat CC. You receive 2 shell bushings and 2 tubes. Part number W63552. The chassis code on the listing is NMS. It goes on the rear of the vehicle.
Every time the wheel moves, the control arm swings on its bushings. When they are soft or worn, the arm shifts under load, the alignment changes as the car moves, and steering and braking feel less precise. A stiffer bushing cuts that unwanted movement while still letting the arm pivot freely. Polyurethane resists deflection far better than the soft rubber it replaces.
Whiteline rates the install as moderate and lists about 3 hours. Plan on a wheel alignment afterward. To go with it on the Passat CC, see Adjustable Rear Sway Bar Link, Front and Rear Sway Bar Kit, and Front Control Arm Lower Inner Front Bushing.
