Whiteline Tie Rod Boot Kit is made for the 1976-1993 Chevrolet G20 (G-Series). You receive 2 bushings. The part number is W93457.
The boot on a tie rod end is easy to ignore until it splits. A joint that has lost its grease and picked up dirt loosens, clunks, and eventually fails. Replacing the boot protects the joint underneath it.
Expect a moderate job of about 1 hour. An alignment is required after installation. To go with it on the Chevrolet G20, see Transmission Mount Bushing Kit, Front Upper and Lower Control Arm Bushing Kit, and 26.9mm Front Sway Bar Mount Bushing Kit.
Features
Self-lubricating: The bushing carries its own grease supply in internal reservoirs, so it keeps moving freely.
Easy to fit: Made with the installer in mind, so it goes in without special equipment.
Grease: Supplied with molybdenum disulfide grease for extended service life.
Bushing compound: A synthetic elastomer compound resists oil, grease, ozone, and weathering.
Install guide: Instructions for fitting are packed in the box.
