For the 2001-2006 BMW 330Ci 3 Series (E46), this front strut tower brace from Whiteline stiffens the front of the chassis. On a 330Ci 3 Series that is up to 20 years old, body control is rarely what it was when new, so adding roll control is a noticeable improvement.
Body panels flex slightly under load, and in a corner the tops of the front struts move toward and away from each other. This brace spans that gap, which stiffens the front of the chassis and lets the suspension do its job with fewer unwanted changes in geometry.
Fitment here is for 6 model years, 2001 through 2006, of the BMW 330Ci 3 Series on the E46 chassis. In the box: 1 strut brace. Installation is rated moderate, with about half an hour of work listed. No alignment is needed afterward. Worth knowing: Exclude models with traction control. Working on the same car? We also list Adjustable Front Sway Bar Link, Heavy Duty 20mm Rear Sway Bar, and Rear Sway Bar Link for the 330Ci 3 Series.
