Made to fit the 1988-1991 Mazda RX-7 Convertible, the Front Control Arm Lower Inner Front Bushing from Whiteline. Position: front. The part number is W51961. Trim named on the listing: Convertible. In the box: 4 bushings and 2 tubes. The chassis code on the listing is FC.
Bushings work out of sight, but they decide how well a suspension holds its geometry. A soft or tired control arm bushing allows play that shows up as vague steering, a wandering feel under braking, or a clunk over bumps. Fitting a firmer one takes that slack out. Polyurethane resists deflection far better than the soft rubber it replaces.
Whiteline rates the install as difficult and lists about 2.5 hours. An alignment is required after installation. Working on the same car? We also list 12mm Adjustable Front Camber Bolts, Tie Rod Boot Kit, and Rear Upper Outer Control Arm Bushing Kit for the RX-7.
