Here is the Whiteline Caster/Camber Offset Front Strut Mount Kit for the 2016-2018 Audi TT (8S). It goes on the front of the vehicle. Whiteline part number: KCA476. Application note: Adds .5 degrees caster/-1.0 degrees camber. The kit contains 2 strut mounts.

The strut top mount fixes the upper end of the strut to the body. An offset mount moves that point slightly, which changes caster and camber without any other change to the suspension. It gives the alignment shop more range on a car whose factory settings are not adjustable.
