Bilstein B8 Performance Plus Suspension Rear Shock Absorber for 2006-2009 Volkswagen GTI

If you have lowering springs on your 2006-2009 Volkswagen GTI, the Bilstein B8 shocks are the other half of the job. Standard-length dampers run out of travel on a lowered car; these are made for it.

Inside is Bilstein”s monotube design, with the gas and oil separated by a floating piston. That keeps damping consistent when the road turns rough and the unit gets hot, where a lesser damper would go soft.
