BCI Fabrication 35 Gallon Fuel Transfer Tank Toolbox Combo Model FBC35

Not DOT Approved

The FBC35 is just an all-around good box. It looks great and fits in just about anything. It has a quaint 35-gallon tank and a large, slanted toolbox. This fuel transfer tank toolbox combo is popular for users looking for fuel storage with the addition of a large slanted toolbox for tools and equipment.

Warning: Proper Use of Transfer Tanks

To ensure safety and optimal performance, do not fill your transfer tank to 100% capacity. Transfer tanks require sufficient headspace to allow for fuel expansion and vapor buildup. Overfilling the tank can lead to:

Fuel Leaks: Excess fuel may escape through vents or seals, posing safety and environmental risks.

Increased Pressure: Without adequate space for vapor, pressure buildup can damage the tank or connected systems.

Compliance Issues: Overfilled tanks may violate local or federal regulations for fuel transport.

Safe Filling Recommendations

Fill the tank to 90% of its capacity to allow room for fuel expansion.

Use proper venting systems and check all connections for leaks before transport.

Follow all local, state, and federal guidelines for the storage and transport of fuel.

By adhering to these precautions, you can ensure the safe and reliable use of your transfer tank while protecting your vehicle, environment, and compliance with regulations.
