Whiteline built the Adjustable Front Sway Bar Link for the 2008-2009 Dodge Caliber SRT4 Base (PM). The listing names the Base trim. In the box: 2 links. Order it as part number KLC163. Placement: front.
A sway bar link is the short rod that ties each end of the front sway bar to the suspension. Whenever the body leans, the link carries that motion into the bar, so any slop, flex, or wear in it is slop in the whole roll-control system. Because the length is adjustable, the link can be set on the car so the bar sits relaxed at rest, which matters most after a change in ride height.
Whiteline rates the install as moderate and lists about 1 hour. It does not require a wheel alignment. Working on the same car? We also list Adjustable Rear Sway Bar Link and Front Control Arm Lower Inner Rear Bushing for the Caliber SRT4.
