Here are the Whiteline 14mm Adjustable Front Camber Bolts for the 1997-2003 Infiniti QX4 (WD21). It goes on the front of the vehicle. In the box: 2 bolts. Application note: Adds +/- 0.75 degrees Camber. Whiteline part number: KCA414.

Camber is how far the top of the wheel leans in or out when you look at the car from the front, and it decides how the tire meets the road. Many cars leave little or no room to change it at the factory. A camber bolt replaces a standard mounting bolt with an adjustable one, so an alignment shop can move the setting into a better range.
